Scrum is a procedure model for agile software development. The aim is to work iteratively and incrementally on complex software-projects. For the purposes of Plan, Do, Check, Act deliverable increments are generated, which offer an added value for customers of users at an early stage. The seminar focuses on the realistic use of scrum and the illustration of agile methods and approaches with the help of exercises. Furthermore, internalizing of theoretical scrum-principles and methods are another important part of the seminar.
This course hones participants’ ability to focus on key aspects of their designated role in the project. They also learn to identify and categorize strengths and weaknesses in the given Scrum project.
The seminar is intended for developer, manager and project leader, who already work or will be working with scrum and be interested in agile methods, want to extend their theoretical basic knowledge and strengthen their knowledge with the help of practical examples.
Previous experience is not required. Specific questions about scrum are desired.
