From networking to counseling

In my role as a Corporate Health Manager at ITK, I have the opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks every day. My job involves coordinating and organizing health initiatives as well as providing personal counseling to employees. I’m responsible for connecting all 10 ITK locations and working closely with both internal and external partners, such as health managers, occupational physicians and service providers from the healthcare sector. The diversity of my responsibilities – from planning and conducting health days to leading workshops and training sessions – makes my job exciting and fulfilling every day.

Health in focus – Working at ITK

The work culture at ITK places great emphasis on employee well-being. Corporate health management is a key component in creating a healthy and supportive work environment. In my role, I am in constant communication with both leaders and employees to ensure our programs meet current needs and truly make a difference.

It’s incredibly fulfilling to see how our initiatives positively impact the well-being of our employees.

From mental health coaching to specialized trainings

A special aspect of my work is developing and implementing tailored training programs that address the diverse needs of our employees. Whether it’s mental health coaching or “Healthy Leadership” training for managers – these offerings help our employees actively manage their health and find balance in their work life. The positive feedback on these programs shows that we are on the right path and that the well-being of our employees is a top priority at ITK.
