Since 2019, I have been part of ITK and experienced an exciting professional journey. Starting as an assistant in Frankfurt am Main, my role has evolved from reception duties and office coordination to a diverse range of responsibilities. Today, I support teams in Frankfurt, Cologne, and Lollar, handle tasks like travel bookings and event planning, and lead the “Active Breaks” initiative as part of corporate health management. Besides, a large part of my workday is spent with ATOSS tasks – our workforce management system – where I manage master data, organize processes, create statistics and ensure smooth operations overall.
What makes my work at ITK truly special is the flexibility I experience in my day-to-day life. While I can complete many tasks remotely, I also highly value the personal connections I make during events or on-site when I can directly support my colleagues. Privately, as a fitness trainer, I also enjoy being a motivator and teamplayer – and at home, my three cats are a daily reminder of the importance of staying flexible, patient, and sometimes just taking it easy.
I love the versatility of my role – every day brings new challenges and it motivates me to find solutions with my team that create real value for everyone.
One of the highlights of my work is organizing internal workshops or client meetings at the Frankfurt office, a popular location for ITK gatherings. From preparing venues to coordinating catering and assisting guests, these tasks make my workday both varied and exciting. Time and again, I am reminded of the importance of paying attention to details to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and visitors alike.
