The European Data Act and the AI Act are setting the course for the future of data exchange and artificial intelligence. But what do these groundbreaking regulations mean for railway technology? In this webinar with rail and AI experts from ITK Engineering, you will receive a compact overview of the key aspects of the Data Act and the AI Act and their impact on the rail industry.
Learn about the data sharing and interoperability obligations that companies will face and how these affect rail data. We look at the definition of AI under the AI Act, the risk approach, the different roles and the categorization of AI systems, particularly regarding high-risk AI in railway technology. Relevant norms and standards are also discussed.
Using practical examples from railway technology, we will highlight the specific challenges involved in implementing the new regulations. We will discuss which applications are particularly promising and justify the effort involved.
We will also shed light on the importance of data governance as a success factor for companies in this new regulatory environment. In addition, our experts Dr. Patrick Altschuh and Markus Hirsch will present best practices and services for implementing the requirements. Following the 45-minute presentation, you will have the opportunity to put your questions to our experts in a 15-minute Q&A session.
This webinar will be held in German.
