The seminar participants learn the basics of the FTA method and will be able to apply it to projects in their own work environment after the training. They will gain the ability to actively contribute within the construction of an FTA or to create a simple FTA on their own.
Besides looking at the theory, this seminar incorporates a large portion of practical exercises. The individual steps for preparation and to perform an FTA (construction, qualitative and quantitative evaluation as well as optimization) are intensively practiced in groups using a non-technical example. In this way, the participants encounter the various pitfalls of the method.
