The participants learn the basics of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) as a process determination model. The training explains the motivation and scope of Automotive SPICE as well as the meaning of capability levels. Other topics like preparation and execution of assessments are also addressed.
This course consists of a theoretical overview and exercises regarding interpretation of ASPICE requirements. The relevance of ASPICE in automotive projects will be addressed.
Participants in the one-day seminar gain insights into the structure, intention and application of Automotive SPICE.
Depending on your needs, additional modules like ASPICE in Agile Context or ASPICE for Cybersecurity can be added.
After the seminar participants will be able to:
• Interpret ASPICE (base or generic) practices
• Derive actions for process improvement
• Plan and prepare for an assessment
The seminar is meant for quality managers, project managers, process experts and engineers.
