Description
CONTROL SYSTEMS DESIGN – Advanced 1
State-space representation is a system description that provides deeper insights into system analysis and controller design. In this training module, the participants will familiarize themselves with state-space representation through presentations and exercises to gain deeper system understanding. Terms like controllability and observability will be clarified to deduce whether the draft of a state regulator or state observer is realizable. In addition, it will be explained how the state regulator and state observer are to be interpreted. The topic is mathematically challenging
Target group
The advanced training is primarily aimed at development engineers, mathematicians and scientific researchers who have not been faced with tasks involving control engineering since their university studies and who would like to refamiliarize themselves with this discipline.
Requirements
Prerequisite is the successful conclusion of the Basic Seminar Control System Design. Additionally, basic skills in Matlab and Simulink because various exercises will be carried out via these tools
Participants and duration
1 day Lecture with discussion and exercises / 5-8 participants
Price on demand.
