Our “Generative AI fastlane for executives” course is a 1/2-day fast track course designed to empower leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to harness the power of Generative AI, particularly large language models (LLMs), without requiring any programming expertise. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to make informed decisions on where on how to use AI in their company. Furthermore they will be able to utilize AI tools to enhance their daily tasks, making their work more efficient and satisfying. If available we will work on the generative AI framework your company provides – enabling direct application of everything learned.

• Guidelines for Using Generative AI

• • Best practices and guidelines for using AI tools.
  • Chances, limitations and risks of using generative AI
  • Foundations of AI compliance concerning AI Act, ethics, IP, copyright, and data protection.

• Using External Data and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

• • Strategies for integrating external data and files with AI models.
  • When and how to use RAG to manage large data sources effectively.

• (Optional) Using generative AI for tasks in (software) engineering

• • Learn how to create or improve requirements and tests with generative AI.
  • Use Generative AI to understand/create/improve/document/test code with Github Copilot.

This workshop is ideal for managers and decision-makers who wish to leverage the power of Generative AI in their company.

Requirements

No prior knowledge of AI is necessary. We will tailor the content to match the participants’ existing knowledge and needs.

Prior programming knowledge is not required, as the course focuses on practical, non-technical applications of AI.

Preferably conducted on-site, though remote options are available upon request.
