“AI-WEEK” | Strategy workshop

Description

The AI-Week is a 4-day strategy workshop with training aimed at empowering companies to leverage AI usage. In order to be able to derive strategic fields of action for one’s own company, expert presentations will show the basics, methodological knowledge and practical use cases. The focus is on the joint development of challenges and potentials, the determination of the degree of maturity and the identification of action items.

In our workshop, you will develop initial strategic approaches to integrating the topic of AI holistically and sustainably into the organisation and learn what is necessary for this. After the workshop, the participants will be able to start implementation directly with in-depth knowledge, developed use cases and initial options for action.

• Selection and consolidation of prioritised AI use cases
• Need for action for successful implementation

Target group

The workshop is aimed at managers, decision-makers, innovators and experts who want to utilise the potential of AI in their company. A small team of managers and experts from different disciplines is ideal.

Requirements

No prior knowledge is required. We build on the level of knowledge and previous work on an individual basis.
